At Empathy Uprise, we believe that empathy is a sign of strength.

With over three decades of experience in the workplace and travel to over twenty countries, we are empathy experts who steadfastly believe that regardless of our place in life, we all deserve dignity and acceptance for being who and what we are.

This acceptance is lived through our mission to shift humanity from “me” to “we.”

We all possess empathy, but possession and practice are two different concepts.

When empathy is present, the dark parts of our lives and communities become illuminated, and our relationships with one another solidify through greater compassion and less hate.

While empathy is a right fit for anyone willing to listen to learn, we view our places of work as a fertile ground for empathy to rise.

There are many empathy theorists, but they are not empathy activists. 

Empathy Uprise differentiates itself by calling upon humanity to bridge the distance between "me" and "we" through greater compassion and less hate.

We have spent many years researching empathy through the lens of both real-world experience and scholarship. Our learnings reveal that we reimagine the importance of a conscious connection to self and others when we put empathy into practice. 

Our seminar, EU Sessions, includes insightful discussion and breakout sessions that correspond to behaviors required to put the theory of empathy into action:

  • Vulnerability

  • Compassion

  • Altruism

Since we are all leaders, we encourage broad employee engagement that benefits organizations by bringing your most junior to senior team members together with the same endpoint in mind = integrity.
